Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon ads.
- Handle performance marketing for Amazon India, USA, UAE, and Myntra.
- Monitor campaign ROI and ensure cost-efficient conversions.
2. Social Media & Content
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage daily posting, creative planning, and trend-based content.
- Work with designers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
3. E-commerce Marketing
- Manage Amazon listings, keyword optimization, A+ content, and reviews.
- Monitor Myntra performance, pricing, visibility, and product promotions.
- Improve product discoverability and conversion rates.
4. Website & SEO
- Track website performance.
- Implement SEO strategies, on-page, off-page & technical SEO.
- Coordinate with developers for website updates and landing pages.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Suggest improvements to boost sales and brand visibility.
6. Brand Growth & Strategy
- Work closely with the management on new product launches.
- Research competitors, market opportunities, and influencer partnerships.
- Support overall digital branding and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (E-commerce/Beauty/Wellness preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience in managing social media and content planning.
- Basic understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Good communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
